Description
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
*Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance.
*Process journals, accruals, prepayments, and other accounting adjustments.
*Reconcile balance sheet and ledger accounts within month-end deadlines.
*Support month-end and year-end close activities.
*Ensure compliance with SOX controls, accounting policies, and internal procedures.
*Investigate financial anomalies and resolve discrepancies.
*Support internal and external audit processes.
*Collaborate with Accounts Payable (P2P), Credit & Collections, and other finance teams.
*Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and reporting
Profile
*Experience in management accounting or financial accounting.
*Knowledge of month-end reporting processes.
*SAP or other ERP system experience.
*Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
*Strong communication skills, including presenting financial information to non-finance stakeholders
