This is a terrific opportunity to join a central London firm that is definitely on the rise.

Working closely with a very experienced Partner, the role would be to advise HNW individuals, investors, corporate occupiers and developers throughout the full property lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal and related matters.
Matters include:
*Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
*National commercial leases and renewals
*Asset management and investment
*Mortgages and refinancing arrangements
*Options, overage, conditional contracts and TOGCs
*Easements, covenants, adverse possession and boundary matters
*Licences
*Auction sales
About You:
*3-6 years’ PQE (guideline)
*London experience preferred, but not essential
*Client facing and credible
*Team player
*Desire to be part of a growing firm
