Job Description:
Full job description We are seeking a resilient and committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming school in Hackney.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience supporting children with SEMH needs
*Strong behaviour management skills
*A calm, patient, and consistent approach
*The ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
*Experience working within a school or alternative provision setting (desirable)
This is a full-time role, 5 days per week, starting in September.
