The RoleAs a Diamond-Cut Alloy Wheel Technician, you’ll be responsible for restoring alloy wheels to manufacturer standards using specialist CNC diamond-cut lathes.
This role focuses purely on machine operation and quality-you won’t be stripping or preparing wheels, allowing you to concentrate on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities*Operate CNC diamond-cut lathes to refurbish alloy wheels to manufacturer standards

*Produce high-quality, precision diamond-cut finishes

*Carry out quality inspections to ensure exceptional workmanship

*Follow company processes and health & safety procedures

*Maintain equipment and a clean, organised workspace

*Support and mentor junior team members where required

*Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the department

What We’re Looking For*Previous experience operating CNC lathes within alloy wheel refurbishment

*Proven experience producing diamond-cut alloy wheel finishes

*Excellent attention to detail

*Pride in producing high-quality work

*Reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach
