Full job descriptionMusic Tutor - SEMH SchoolFull-Time | Immediate Start | Pay Negotiable
Remedy Education is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Music Tutor to join a specialist SEMH school.
You will work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them develop practical music production skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
The role will mainly involve teaching students how to use music production software and systems such as:
*Logic Pro
*Cubase
*GarageBand
*Other digital audio and music production software
Instrumental knowledge is not essential, although it would be a strong advantage.
The successful Music Tutor must:*Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
*Be confident delivering one-to-one and small-group sessions
*Have strong knowledge of music production software
*Be patient, engaging and able to build positive relationships with pupils
*Hold a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
*Be available to work full-time
