This friendly and flexible central London firm has been established for many years and recently undertook a strategic review of all services, which opened up a number of new vacancies and subsequent opportunities for progression.

Working alongside a respected partner, you would be expected to act on behalf of married couples, civil partners and cohabiting individuals on a national and sometimes international basis.
The firm’s client assets commonly include substantial personal wealth, property portfolios, business interests and international trusts.
Matters include:
*Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements
*Divorce and separation involving high net worth and/or complex financial arrangements
*Financial settlements and asset division
*Private children matters, including arrangements and parental responsibility
The candidate
*2-4 years’ PQE (guideline)
*Central London experience preferred
*All private experience
*A legal aid/franchised background will not be considered
*Client facing and credible
