As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
*Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
*Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
*Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
What we are looking for?
*Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school or care setting)
*A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
*Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
*Based local to the Wolverhampton area
