Full job descriptionAre you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher looking to begin your teaching journey in a supportive, welcoming Tameside school?
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a market-leading agency for the Tameside borough, well-known for helping ECTs gain experience across a variety of school settings, discover where they feel most confident long-term, and secure long-term or permanent roles where induction can be completed successfully.
We partner with a wide range of Tameside primary schools and have supported many early career teachers in building their confidence across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Our schools value positivity, professionalism and teachers who are ready to get involved and make a meaningful impact.
We are looking for teachers who:
*Are enthusiastic primary practitioners keen to make a difference across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
*Listen to feedback and act on it to strengthen their practice
*Uphold excellent teaching standards and maintain a professional, consistent approach
*Follow school policies confidently and contribute positively to school life
*Bring energy, resilience and a genuine passion for helping children thrive
