About the Opportunity
Are you a professional, organised, and personable individual looking to make a positive impact in a healthcare setting? We are seeking a Receptionist to join a friendly and office in Littlemore, Oxford, on a minimum 10-week temporary assignment with an immediate start available.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rewarding environment, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients and visitors receive a warm and efficient service from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming visitors, and professionals in a friendly and professional manner
*Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
*Booking, amending, and confirming appointments
*Maintaining accurate records and updating information on internal systems
*Providing administrative support to the wider team
*Ensuring the reception area remains organised, presentable, and welcoming
*Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
*Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Be confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office applications
*Remain calm, professional, and organised in a busy environment
*Have previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, customer service, or healthcare setting (desirable)
*Be reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team
*Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-focused approach
