Description
*Accurately process payroll for part-time and full-time staff.
*Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and guidelines.
*Maintain and update payroll records and employee data.
*Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
*Collaborate with the accounting and finance team for reporting purposes.
*Prepare and distribute payslips and related documents.
*Assist with payroll audits and year-end processes.
*Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator (Part Time) should have:
*Experience in payroll processing within a professional setting.
*Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
*A strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and resolve queries.
Job Offer
*A salary range of £27,000 to £29,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
