Pay: £95-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only
Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming secondary school in Islington seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people or for graduates considering a future career in teaching.
The Role*Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in lessons.
*Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions.
*Work alongside teachers and the SEND department to help students access learning.
*Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.
*Build positive relationships with pupils to improve confidence and achievement.
The Ideal Candidate*Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, sports coaching or similar.
*Patient, proactive and adaptable.
*Strong communication skills.
*Passion for education and helping students succeed.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
