A dynamic and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor to join its growing residential property team.

The Role
You will:
*Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from pre-exchange through to completion
*Advise on sales and purchases across the full spectrum of residential property matters, including plot sales and developer-led transactions
*Provide clear, commercially focused advice to local and national clients, including high-net-worth individuals
*Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
*Support and share knowledge with junior team members to strengthen overall team capability

*Maintain a highly professional, client-centric approach
*Build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships

What we are looking for
*3+ years’ PQE
*Proven experience handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong technical and procedural knowledge
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
