Description
*Oversee the financial strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
*Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
*Prepare and review financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management practices.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency.
*Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
*Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.
Profile
A successful Fractional Finance Director should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance.
*Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
*Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
*Proven ability to manage financial risks and ensure compliance.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Job Offer
*Pro rata Salary of £80,000 to £100,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
