Job Title: Engineering Team Leader
Location: Chester
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Shift: Days
I’m working with a heavy industrial manufacturer looking to recruit an engineering team leader to join their engineering team. You’ll be responsible for a team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts, shafts. The role will also involve supporting machinery upgrades, installations, continuous improvement initiatives and wider engineering projects.

*Continuous improvement or project experience.
*Strict compliance management
*Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH
