Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re recruiting for a Holiday Property Manager to join a well-established, family-owned holiday lettings agency, managing a portfolio of over 300 high-quality holiday cottages across North Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional looking to join a growing business within the thriving holiday lettings industry, where no two days are the same.
The Role
As a Holiday Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of over 300 holiday cottages across North Norfolk, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey
*Take telephone bookings and advise guests on the most suitable holiday properties
*Support guests during their stay, resolving housekeeping and maintenance issues efficiently
*Liaise with the maintenance team and local contractors to coordinate repairs and property works
*Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
*Process guest feedback and carry out any required follow-up actions
*Manage reservations and maintain accurate customer records using booking software
*Carry out regular property visits and inspections
*Build strong relationships with property owners, guests and contractors
*Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the wider team
Holiday Property Manager Requirements:
*Previous customer service experience, ideally working with high-end clientele
*Good local knowledge of North Norfolk and the surrounding attractions, restaurants and amenities
*A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
*Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills
*A personable, approachable and professional manner
*Confidence handling customer complaints calmly and effectively
*Ability to multitask and problem-solve within a fast-paced environment
*Full, clean UK driving licence
*Strong IT and administrative skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a small team
Working Hours:
*Full-time position
*Monday to Friday
*Flexibility required during busy holiday periods
