A respected Legal 500 firm in Greater London is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate team.

The RoleThe caseload will include:

*Commercial leases and lease negotiations
*Development and investment work
*Property finance transactions
*Asset management support
Requirements*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property matters
*Ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate supervision
*Strong technical drafting and client management skills
*Commercially minded and confident dealing directly with clients
