The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated childcare solicitor to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will:
*Manage their own caseload of childcare matters
*Represent clients in court proceedings
*Provide expert legal advice on issues relating to childcare arrangements
While Children’s Panel membership would be advantageous though not essential.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
*Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE
*Have experience managing your own caseload
*Possess strong advocacy skills
*Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence
