Experienced in residential property valuations? We’re recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a market-leading estate agency in Southport. With a high volume of pre-booked valuations each week, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to maximise listings and earn uncapped commission.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Valuer who enjoys winning instructions, building client relationships and contributing to the continued success of a busy, high-performing branch.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
*Carry out accurate market appraisals for residential properties
*Win instructions and convert valuations into listings
*Build strong relationships with vendors throughout the sales process
*Upsell additional services, including financial services and conveyancing
*Deliver outstanding customer service from valuation through to instruction
*Generate new business opportunities and contribute to branch performance
*Maintain strong knowledge of the local property market and pricing trends
Sales Valuer Requirements:
*Previous estate agency experience, including listing and valuing properties
*Proven ability to win instructions and close for business
*Motivated, driven and target-focused approach
*Strong knowledge of the Southport property market and surrounding area
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability
*Full UK driving licence
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*Alternate Saturdays
What’s on Offer?
*£30,000 basic salary
*£50,000 - £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
*Commission on completed sales
*Financial services and conveyancing referral fees
*Mileage allowance
