The Role
*Define technical direction across machine learning and MLOps
*Build and optimise recommendation, bidding, attribution, and audience targeting models
*Lead model monitoring, automated retraining, experimentation, and production ML systems
*Improve scalability, reliability, and real-time model performance
*Partner with engineering and business leaders to align ML initiatives with commercial goals
*Mentor senior engineers and drive technical best practice
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale
*Expertise with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
*Experience with recommendation systems, LTV/churn modelling, attribution, or targeting models
*Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production environments
*AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSP, or real-time bidding experience highly desirable
