Location: West London (3 days in office)
We’re recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join a large, complex organisation where you’ll provide commercial financial support across one of its largest cost bases.
Working closely with senior business leaders, external stakeholders and Finance, you’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning, while supporting pay negotiations and workforce cost decisions through robust financial modelling and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
*Work with the FP&A team to develop financial models to assess the impact of pay proposals, workforce initiatives and other employee cost decisions.
*Support pay negotiations by providing scenario analysis, affordability modelling and financial recommendations.
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
*Identify financial risks and opportunities, driving cost optimisation and improved business performance.
*Prepare business cases and investment appraisals to support strategic decision-making.
*Build strong relationships across Finance, HR and operational teams to influence key business outcomes.
We’re looking for a qualified finance professional who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll ideally have:
*ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
*Significant post-qualified experience within Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance.
*Experience supporting large scale negotiations through financial modelling and commercial analysis.
*Strong budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning experience across large, complex organisations.
*Exposure to managing both CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
*A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly.
*Experience operating within a fast-paced, matrix environment.
