The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students to develop a strong understanding of scientific concepts, enquiry skills, and a curiosity about the world around them. You will:
*Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support attainment and achievement
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation, investigation, and critical thinking
*Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities, including STEM clubs, science fairs, and enrichment opportunities
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*A degree in Science or a related subject
*Experience teaching Science at secondary level in the UK
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
*Specialisms in Chemistry, Biology, or Physics would be advantageous
