Contract: Temporary, 8-week contract with potential to extend
Location: Neston, Wirral
Salary: £13.50p/h, DOE

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy sales admin team on an initial 8-week contract, with the strong possibility of extension or conversion to a longer-term role depending on need. This role is immediately available.

Key responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day sales administration support to a busy sales function
*Handle a high volume of outbound calls to customers and prospects for order confirmation, follow-ups and customer service
*Process orders, quotes and amendments accurately and promptly
*Update and maintain CRM records and sales spreadsheets
*Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the sales team as needed
*Support handover and continuity while team members transition in/out
*Assist with ad hoc admin tasks to keep the sales pipeline flowing


What we’re looking for
*Proven experience in sales administration or a customer-facing back-office role
*Confident phone manner and experience making outbound calls at scale
*Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
*Comfortable working in a temporary/fast-paced environment with changing priorities
*Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Reliable, flexible and able to start promptly for the duration of the contract
