• Join a successful Employment team acting for a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to larger national businesses across a variety of sectors.

• The appointed Solicitor will advise clients on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters, providing commercially focused and practical legal solutions.

• You will manage a varied caseload including day to day HR and employment advice, drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies, TUPE transfers, restructures, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal claims.

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with around 2–4 years’ PQE and experience advising employers on Employment Law matters.
