Location: Hybrid working – ideally commutable of London, with ability to travel to developer sites, launches & events


Salary: Up to £40k Basic + Uncapped Commission

We have an opening for an experienced New Homes Mortgage Broker to join a market leading, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advisory firm with an outstanding reputation.


This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist New Homes team working directly with developers, investors, and prospective purchasers - right at the heart of the new-build property market.


Responsibilities:


*Attending developer launches and property events, representing the firm on-site
*Presenting to investors, developers, and prospective purchasers on the benefits of working with the firm
*Supporting investor and client open days
*Driving business development through networking, relationship building, and developer partnerships Applying expert mortgage knowledge of new-build lending and developer sales processes
*Flexibility for weekend events and occasional overseas developer events


Experience required:


*Proven experience in New Homes / New Build mortgage broking
*CeMAP qualified or equivalent
*Confident, polished presenter comfortable in front of investors and developers
*Strong business development and relationship building skills
*Deep understanding of new build lending criteria, developer incentives, and off-plan purchase processes
*Willing and able to travel, including weekends
