Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting an established manufacturer in Sutton-in-Ashfield who is looking to recruit a Stock Supervisor to join their growing team.
As Stock Supervisor, you will lead and motivate a small team, ensuring day-to-day goals are met, and you will help drive continuous improvement across the factory.
Working Hours / Benefits:
*7:30am - 4:30pm (Monday-Thursday) & 7:30am - 12:30pm (Friday)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off

The Role
*Supervise and motivate store staff during your shifts
*Help manage opening and closing procedures
*Handle escalated customer queries and ensure service standards stay high
*Monitor sales performance and support the team in reaching targets
*Train, coach and support new and existing team members
*Manage inventory, stock levels and loss prevention procedures
*Maintain store standards for cleanliness, visual merchandising and safety
The Person
*Previous experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
*Strong MRP experience (Dynamics AX desirable)
*Strong leadership experience
