About the Practice
This is a really well-established wealth planning practice that’s been going for over 30 years – and they genuinely have a great reputation.
They work with a brilliant mix of clients – City professionals, families, business owners, and retirees – spread across London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. These are proper high-net-worth clients (we’re talking £500k minimum, with some managing £3m+), so you’ll be doing meaningful financial planning work, not tick-box advice.
The Role
A retiring adviser is stepping back, and they’re looking for someone to take on their client book of around 150 people. This is a solid foundation – you’ll have immediate income, established relationships, and the breathing room to get to know the practice properly.
From there, you’ll grow the book at a steady pace through the practice’s network of accountants, solicitors, and business groups. The expectation is sensible – you’re building, not chasing.
You’ll be office-based to start with, but they actively want you out meeting clients in their homes and offices. And if you’re working towards Chartered status, the Directors will support you with your studies.
About You
Diploma-qualified IFA
2-3 years of advising experience
Competent Adviser status already signed off
You’re good with people and genuinely enjoy client relationships
You’re up for building business in a smart, steady way
What You’ll Get
