An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Worthing.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service. If you have previous automotive Service Advisor experience and are looking to join a supportive team with excellent earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities*Welcoming customers and managing their service requirements.
*Booking vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
*Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.
*Liaising with the workshop to ensure work is completed efficiently.
*Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
*Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
*A positive, professional attitude and a team-player mentality.
*Full UK driving licence preferred.
