*Location: Yeovil
*Pay rate: £13.20 per hour
*Hours: 2PM - 6PM - Monday to Friday
*Job Type: Part time / Temporary
HRGO Recruitment seeking a reliable and dedicated School Cleaner to join our clients team. The successful candidate must have a DBS and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors. The School Cleaner will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure that all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
*Clean classrooms, offices, hallways, and other areas of the school as assigned
*Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
*Empty trash and recycling bins
*Clean and sanitise restrooms
*Dust and wipe down surfaces
*Replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas
*Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Manager
*Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
*DBS required (or subject to clearance)
*Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Strong attention to detail
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to lift and move heavy objects occasionally
