An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV Service Advisor to join a busy and successful commercial vehicle dealership in Dagenham.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with experience in the commercial vehicle sector who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities*Welcoming customers and managing their light commercial vehicle service and repair requirements.
*Booking LCVs in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.
*Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
*Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
*Preparing estimates, invoices and processing payments.
*Maximising service department opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
*Ensuring all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.
The Ideal Candidate*Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade sector.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
*A professional, proactive and team-focused attitude.
*Good IT and administrative skills.
*Full UK driving licence preferred.
