Shift: Monday-Friday (Days)
Job Role of the Production OperativeA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern production facility, supporting the manufacturing process while benefiting from a stable Monday-Friday days role and ongoing development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring product quality, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring production targets are met. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day running of the production operation.

Essential Requirements for the Production Operative*Previous experience working as a Production Operative
*Background within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Good understanding of health and safety procedures
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attention to detail
Responsibilities*Operating and monitoring production machinery
*Carrying out quality checks on finished products
*Loading materials and packing finished goods
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
*Assisting with general production duties as required
Desirable Requirements*Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*FLT licence (advantageous but not essential)
