We’re looking for a highly analytical Senior Finance Business Partner to join a growing finance function and help drive smarter, faster decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll transform financial and operational data into meaningful insight, build high-quality reporting, and support planning, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives.
As Senior Finance Business Partner - what you’ll do*Produce KPI reporting, dashboards and management information

*Analyse trends, variances and risks to deliver actionable insight

*Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and ERP data

*Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning

*Create financial models, scenarios and business cases

*Improve reporting automation, data quality and governance

*Partner with finance and operational teams to understand performance drivers

What you’ll bring*Ideally qualified ACCA / CIMA
*Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly

*Advance modelling skills are essential
*Advanced Power BI and Excel capability

*Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)

*Financial analysis, planning and performance reporting experience

*Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders - strong presenting skills
