Location: Hale, Cheshire
A successful Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team.

Conveyancing Paralegal to support fee earners with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process.
This opportunity is ideal for a Paralegal with previous residential conveyancing experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Conveyancing Paralegal to assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Prepare legal documents, contracts, completion statements and correspondence
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
*Order and review property searches, Land Registry documentation and title information
*Ensure files are maintained accurately and in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
*Support fee earners throughout each stage of the conveyancing process
*Maintain accurate records using the firm’s case management system
*Assist in progressing matters efficiently to exchange and completion while meeting key deadlines
What we are looking for:
*Previous experience working within a residential conveyancing department
*A sound understanding of the residential conveyancing process
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Effective written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive approach with the ability to manage a busy workload
*Strong client care skills and a professional manner
*Competence in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Desirable Experience
*Experience managing aspects of a residential conveyancing file with limited supervision
*A Law degree, CILEx qualification or equivalent legal experience would be advantageous
