Profile
A successful Senior FP&A Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
*Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
*Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial challenges.
*Experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
