Full job descriptionAs an Audit Manager in Tonbridge, you’ll play a key role in leading audits and ensuring the smooth running of engagements from start to finish.

Our client is a well established accountancy firm in Tonbridge. They are keen to recruit a candidate with extensive experience in audit with some working knowledge of accounts prep and tax returns.
Description
*Lead and manage audits, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
*Review and prepare financial statements in line with relevant regulations.
*Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and provide actionable insights.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
*Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal procedures.
*Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless service to clients.
*Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
*Maintain strong client relationships and address their queries effectively.
*Prepare complex personal and corporate tax returns.
Profile
*A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA).
*Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting.
*Experience preparing tax returns.
*Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
*A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary of £55,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
