Description
*Lead financial reporting, planning and control for a growing UK operation.
*Business partner senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and decision support.
*Manage and develop a small finance team.
*Support growth projects, operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
*Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls.
*Work closely with group finance and operational leadership teams.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Previous experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or similar finance leadership role.
*Strong financial reporting, controls, budgeting and forecasting experience.
*Experience managing or mentoring finance team members.
*Proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable operating within a growing and evolving business.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and support business growth initiatives.
