Our client is a highly successful international organisation undergoing a period of sustained growth and transformation. As part of their continued investment in finance and operational excellence, they are seeking a commercially focused Financial Controller to support a key business division.
Description
*Business partner senior stakeholders, providing commercial finance support.
*Produce budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
*Deliver insightful analysis of revenue, margins and business performance.
*Support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
*Improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
*Contribute to commercial projects and potential M&A activity.
Profile
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
*Previous experience within a finance business partnering, management accounting or financial analysis role.
*Strong forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis skills.
*Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
*Proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to understand operational drivers and support decision-making.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can evolve.
*Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
