Full job descriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join a growing property business, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in month-end processes, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while progressing towards full qualification.

Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
*Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
*Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends and discrepancies.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
*Help with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
*Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Part-Qualified Financial Accountant should have:
*Part-qualified/Finalist for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a financial accounting or management accounting role.
*Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
*Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
*Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
*Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently.
*Experience within property, real estate, construction, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
Job Offer
*Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
