A highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied and high-quality residential property caseload while contributing to business development, marketing events and client relationship initiatives.
The Role
You will:
*Manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Advise on transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where applicable
*Handle lease extensions and residential landlord and tenant matters as required
*Conduct title investigations, raise and respond to enquiries and prepare detailed reports on title
*Liaise with Clients, Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and other Solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently
*Manage files from instruction through to post-completion with appropriate supervision and support
*Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining high technical and professional standards
Your Profile
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in residential real estate/property law
*Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions and Land Registry requirements
*Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
*Outstanding client care and communication abilities
*Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
*A collaborative team player with a commercial and client-focused approach
