Are you an IT Support Engineer that wants to make an impact within a global, customer focused brand recognized for its industry leading visual solutions and commitment to innovation?
Do you want to join an IT Support Engineer leading global provider in projection and display technology as part of their support team whilst also working on a variety of projects from migrations to cyber security?

The ideal candidate will be an IT Support Engineer that wants to join a growing team that is commutable to Hemel Hempstead.
The Role
*70% supporting end users dealing with 1 and 2 line tickets
*Escalating issues to the Senior Engineer when required
*30% project work - migrations, cyber security etc.
*Microsoft 365 administration tasks
The Person
*Experience within 1/2 line role or similar
*Experience with Azure AD and Entra ID
*Experience with M365 services
*Commutable to Hemel Hempstead
