Description
*Lead and manage audit assignments for a diverse client portfolio.
*Prepare and review financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their development.
*Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
*Identify and address potential audit risks with appropriate measures.
*Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
*Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders.
*Support the team with technical advice and guidance when needed.
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or auditing (e.g., ACA, ACCA).
*Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
*Proven ability to manage multiple audits and prioritise tasks effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
*Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
*Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
