Full job descriptionFinance Assistant - 12 Month FTC - up to £31,000 Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be partnering with a well-established business based in Bicester to recruit a Finance Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative finance team, supporting the day-to-day finance function in a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations.
The RoleYou’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, including:
*Processing sales and purchase invoices
*Managing employee expenses and company credit card transactions
*Completing bank reconciliations
*Supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control activities
*Preparing supplier payment runs and processing payments
*Setting up new supplier and customer accounts
*Responding to finance queries and providing support across the business
About You*Previous experience in a similar role
*A good understanding of invoice processing, bank reconciliations and payment processes
*Credit control experience and strong attention to detail
*Experience using an ERP or accounting system
