Description
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
*Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting.
*Provide financial insights to stakeholders to aid strategic decision-making.
*Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Assist with audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Part Qualified Management Accountant should have:
*Be part-qualified in a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
*Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
*Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
*Sound understanding of management accounting principles within the property industry.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
