Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a well-established global food manufacturer to recruit a Production Line Leader, to join their team in Rotherham.
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000
Hours: Continental shifts, 4on, 4off days/nights
Our client is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic approach and the willingness to go the extra mile.
Duties of the Production Line Leader will include:
*Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, people are wearing correct PPE and corrective action is taken where necessary
*Manage Production activity ensuring quality targets are met through the effective use of KPIs
*Ensure staffing levels are correct for requirements
*Ensure GMP and housekeeping standards are always audit ready
*Provide coaching and leadership to all team members, identifying any training needs
*Ensure any production / packing issues are identified and addressed in an efficient manner
*Liaise with Engineering team to ensure appropriate response and ongoing maintenance
We are looking for Production Line Leader will need the following skills/experience:
*Previous leadership experience working within a food manufacturing environment
*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
*Good organisational skills
*Excel in working within a fast-paced pressurised environment
