Hours: Monday to Friday pm, Alternate Saturday min 4 hours paid.

Overview
We are recruiting for a Wheelbarrow Assembly Operative to join a busy warehouse and production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling wheelbarrows and related products to a high standard, ensuring that quality and production targets are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Assemble wheelbarrows and associated components using hand and power tools.
*Follow assembly instructions and production specifications accurately.
*Fit wheels, handles, frames, trays, and other components.
*Carry out quality inspections during and after assembly.
*Identify and report any faulty parts or production issues.
*Ensure completed products are packaged and prepared for dispatch.
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
*Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
*Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
*Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience desirable.
*Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
*Good attention to detail and quality standards.
*Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
*Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and manual handling.
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Essential Requirements
*Ability to stand for extended periods.
*Capable of repetitive assembly work.
*Good communication skills.
*Flexible approach to workload and duties.
Desirable
*Previous experience in product assembly or manufacturing.
*Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
*Knowledge of quality control procedures.
