About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team in Wokingham. Key Responsibilities*Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service.
*Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, diagnostics, and repairs.
*Prepare accurate estimates and explain work required in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
*Liaise with workshop technicians to monitor repair progress.
*Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
*Obtain authorisation for additional work where required.
*Produce invoices and arrange smooth vehicle handovers.
*Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate records using the dealer management system.
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Candidate Requirements*Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
*Ability to work efficiently in a busy aftersales environment.
*Experience using dealer management systems is desirable.
*Full UK driving licence preferred.
