An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a highly regarded and growing specialist law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional client care and making a meaningful difference to the lives of its clients.
You will manage a varied private client caseload and play a key role in maintaining the firm’s outstanding reputation for quality advice and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a broad range of private client matters from instruction through to completion
*Advising clients on:
*Wills
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Court of Protection matters
*Estate Administration and Probate

*Delivering an exceptional standard of client care
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Working closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients
*Supporting business development and contributing to the continued success of the team
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a background in Private Client work
*Experience handling a range of private client matters independently
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
*Empathetic, approachable and client-focused
*A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
*STEP qualification or an interest in working towards STEP accreditation would be advantageous
