Main Purpose of the Job: As an IT Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT systems, which include laptops, printers, network infrastructure, servers, and mobile devices. You’ll be the first point of contact for all support queries and will assist in small projects or larger initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
*Provide all levels of IT support across the organisation, ensuring swift resolutions to queries
*Set up hardware and software for business use, including PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devices
*Manage Google Workspace and assist in the introduction of new technologies
*Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for colleagues
*Maintain an up-to-date help desk and document IT problem solutions in the IT Knowledge Base
*Maintain effective communication, sharing relevant information clearly with staff
*Develop and nurture professional working relationships across departments


What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a support role
*A fast learner ready to dive into internal IT management with ample learning opportunities
*Quick adaptability and effective problem-solving skills under pressure
*Creativity in thinking outside the box to tackle challenges
*Ability to explain technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner
*Willingness to travel to other locations as needed
*Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work, scheduled where possible
