Description
*Deliver detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making.
*Collaborate with various teams to prepare budgets and forecasts.
*Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
*Provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on financial insights.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Prepare and present regular financial reports to management.
*Support the implementation of cost control measures and efficiency initiatives.
*Assist with the development of financial strategies to meet organisational goals.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within business services.
*Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to identifying financial opportunities and risks.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Job Offer
*Salary of up to £48,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position within a business services organisation in Gateshead.
