Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic architectural practice who offer multidisciplined services to the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for a job running Senior Architect to join there Edinburgh studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
*Lead and deliver on industrial projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare quotations and tender submissions
*Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
*Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
*Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect:
*ARB registered
*Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
*Strong experience working on complex projects across multiple building sectors
*Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
*Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
*Excellent knowledge of local building regulations
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Edinburgh area
