Description
*Manage and oversee daily financial transactions and processes.
*Build a new transactions team
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
*Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
*Collaborate with other teams to provide financial insights and support.
*Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
*Support month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Assist with audits and other financial reviews as required.
Profile
A successful Transactions Finance Manager should have:
*A strong background in accounting and finance within the construction sector.
*Experience managing financial transactions and processes.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
